  I called that morning for something that should have been considered extremely urgent, they could not work with me in the 3 hour time slot I gave them, then scheduled a tentative appointment while I tried to see if I could re-arrange my day to make that work which I could not. So i called them back 20 minutes later to cancel. Now I get a nasty letter calling me a no-show telling me that I "affected their whole day and other clients by being a no show" and marked my record. This is poor business and I expect medical professionals to be held to a higher standard than that. My appointment was only in the computer for 20 minutes and I very clearly called and cancelled. Now they expect fees for not showing up. Its just another way to squeeze extra money out of people. I still never got my emergency dealt with.

  Been a long time patient always friendly and wait time is short. Whenever I need an appointment it's fast and they work around my crazy schedule. Thanks and thanks to Dr. Wright always there with a smile and great wealth of knowledge

  So happy to see these reviews as I was a patient many years ago and considered coming back since I retired and no longer need to travel to Lynchburg for work and was looking for a physician closer to home...and had previously enjoyed Dr. Hoffman...Think I'll stick with Dr. Tatum at Physician's Treatment Center...he is awesome & caring and although a high flow office their personnel are extreamly sympathetic to their patients...
